I’m thankful that I had all of that this year. It’s so nice to be close to people you love and how everyone is so happy around the holidays.

I found this deal online. Looks interesting and might try it out. It’s a good way to get rid of old polishes that you might have. Anyone tried this deal? Or tried their polishes? http://www.zoya.com/content/38/category/Nail_Polish_Exchange.html
“Announcing the 2010 Zoya Nail Polish Exchange. For a limited time, kicking off on Earth Day (April 22, 2010 – 12 PM EST), Zoya Nail Polish will exchange your old, out-of-style, unwanted nail color and replenish your nail polish supply with fresh Zoya fashion colors. Simply send in six or more bottles of old polish – any brand other than Zoya, Qtica or Nocti, new or used – and we’ll send you the new Zoya colors of your choice in a bottle-for-bottle exchange.”
Regular Zoya Nail Polish Price: $7.00 per color
Exchange Rate: $3.50
Shipping: FREE w/Exchanges!
Minimum Purchase: 6 Colors
Minimum Exchange: 6 NON-Zoya or other “Art of Beauty” brand polishes. New or Used.
Best Features: All Zoya Nail colors are Formaldehyde, Toluene Dibutyle Phithalate (DBP) and Camphore FREE, Vegan Friendly!
Also some good tips to follow if you do try to mail in some nail polish. You can’t mail nail polish with regular mail. Only an authorized licensed cosmetic co. is allowed to mail nail polish. You have to ship via UPS or FedEx. Ask for an ORMD label, which says it’s a flammable consumer good. Apparently there’s no extra cost for this label.
Here’s some info on ORMD: http://gbgm-umc.org/umcor/print/kits/orm-d.cfm
Also…turns out you have to pay $3.50 per bottle for shipping and processing. Is it worth it? You have to give up you polish and still pay $3.50 each? Don’t forget the shipping fee sending the polishes there. Ugh! I have second thoughts now.

Spa week is April 12th – 18th!
What is Spa Week?
During Spa Week, customers can get full service treatments, normally costing from $100 to $200 dollars, for just $50 dollars (tip not included) at participating locations. This is a chance for consumers to experience expensive spa treatments for a fraction of the cost. What was once a big splurge is now just $50!
Get more details about Spa Week here:
More on Spa Week:
Spa week is a nationwide event. You should visit the official site to see if this event is available near you. Once you confirm it is, become a member and then you’ll be able to view the list of participating spas and their $50 spa week treatments. Be sure to call ahead and book appointments in advance, as many parlors get booked up quickly!
I’m in the New York area and there are hundreds of locations to choose from! Just about any service you can think of is covered for my area. There’s Body Massages, Mani/Pedi, Facials, Reflexology, and others. I can’t decide which spa locations to go to yet but I’m thinking of getting a facial or maybe a deep tissue massage. What do you guys think? Let me know via comments what you’d splurge on.
Before you guys all sign off of the Spa Week site, make sure you visit the “Free Stuff” tab. Enter these monthly giveaways and get a chance to win great stuff for FREE! To my surprise, my name was picked once. It was for a ”Purple Lab – Huge Lips Skinny Hips” lip gloss which is worth $25. But of course I didn’t respond on time and missed out. Oh well. I hope you guys have better luck. Be sure to let me know what you get!
Enjoy being pampered and Gluck with the giveaways!
