Used Essie “Innocent”. Used two coats because it was a little sheer and streaky. Not sure if it’s because it’s an old polish or if it’s like that to begin with. I had this color for many years now.

On the ring fingers I used Sephora OPI “Stopper Cooper”. I didn’t use it on the whole nail. I tried to do a gradient effect so one end has more giltter than the other.

My daughter wanted a manicure so I picked a hot pink color from Sally Hansen and used nail stickers purchased from Clarie’s. These stickers adds a nice touch don’t you think?  They are easy to use and just too cute. Highly recommend nail stickers. Her sandals were purchased at Payless if anyone is wondering.

Thanks again for visiting.

Garnier Ultra-Lift Miracle Sleeping Cream (anti-age + fatigue Night Cream) – Mini Review

Not nail related but I still wanted to share anyways.

I have a bunch of samples piling up and I really should start using them before they all go bad. So my first sample used is this Garnier Ultra-Lift Miracle Sleeping Cream.

It suppose to help you these problems: Lack of sleep and everyday stress shows on your face making you look older and fatigued. Skin’s appearance lacks radiance and resilience resulting in a tired, dull complexion with more wrinkles.

This product suppose to help with anti age, anti fatigue, which also hydrates and moisturizes.  This anti-aging formula helps reduces signs of dull, dry and tired looking skin. Infused with Lavender Essential Oil, Rare Plant Extracts & Adenosine, it absorbs fast and works nightly boosting cell renewal to regenerate skin¿s surface layer, helping to repair skin¿s moisture barrier and reduce wrinkles. It firm to make you look younger and well rested.

You probably need a couple of weeks to test to see results but I only had enough for two nights.  So I don’t have a full review for you.  But from the two days of using I can tell you this…(and also FYI I have combination skin)  This was a thick cream and a little goes a long way.  I guess that explains why I got two uses in that small sample.  I used this cream after I cleansed and tone my face.  I applied cream the sleeping cream over my face and neck.

First thing I noticed is I didn’t really like the smell of the cream.  At first it has a slight floral scent but after it’s all your face I felt that smell changed to a plastic kinda smell.  I did not like it.  That smell doesn’t linger though.  In the morning I do feel like my face is hydrated and smooth.

This is an affordable product.  And can be found in your local stores.  But since I didn’t really like the thickness and smell I might not purchase this item.  But again, I’m basing my decision no just two uses.  Anyone else had tried this?  What’s your thoughts?  Let me know!

Did my other daughter’s nails. Same color used. Same idea too. Only thing different is on the ring finger…instead of using a dotting tool I used konad stamp. I picked the one with hearts and the word love on it. I than added additional hearts and purple dots to fill it in. I think it turn out nice. What you think? You guys like version #1 or version #2?

Pink with a heat…and lots of glitter.

Used the newly purchased Sally Hansen Triple Shine polishes. Never used this line but so far I like. It has a wide brush so only one stoke is needed in each of my daughter tiny nails. The color is very opaque too.

I brought a total of 4 today. They were purchased at Target and they were also all on clearance. The original price listed is $5.49 and I got them $3.84 each.

Starting from left to right the colors are…

For my daughter’s manicure I used Reef-raf as a base coat on all nails. I than topped them with Twinkled Pink on all except the ring finger nails. On the ring fingers I used a white polish and a doting tool to create a small heart. I than used Vanity Flare and a small dotting tool around the white heart. Once everything is dried I sealed everything with a clear top coat.

She loves it. Hope you guys do too. What kinda valentine manicures is everyone doing this year? I’ll be doing another manicure for my other daughter in a little bit. I will post that one up soon. I have a feeling it would look similar tho.
