Spring is here and this year 2010 National Cherry Blossom Festival is coming up soon too. Washington DC this year from March 27th to April 11th. I decided to do cherry blossom theme nails this week 
I know it’s kind of early and probably have to re-do them if I do head down to DC.
What was used:
- Sally Hansen Maximum Growth for a basecoat
- Konad white polish with plate m31 (for the cherry blossom flowers)
- OPI Madame President with plate m31 (for the red/pink color small stars)
- And Loreal topcoat #110
Isn’t this cute? And it’s so much fun to make and match designs and different color polishes. Check back for more nail ideas.

I ended using the OPI nail polish on Sunday. I used “And Then He Said…” first. I love the color. It’s a rosy purplish color. It’s beginning to chip a little but I have to say…it stayed on pretty well. Both the Strengthener and “And Then He Said…” went on very smoothly. See pictures below. I’m very happy with my purchase. And again, if anyone is still interested in getting some…Sephora still has them for $5 each.
I used one coat of the Strengthener as a base coat.
Two coats of the OPI (And Then He Said…) polish.
Lastly, one coat of Loreal clear top coat.

My order came. Surprised…because this time they actually included all the samples I asked for. The ordering process went very smoothly this time. Package came quickly. I love the little Laura Mericer press powder. It’s a smooth focus pressed setting powder for shine control (Matte translucent). It has no sent. Finally my first real post. Don’t know why it took me so long to put something up. I haven’t done my nails for months too. I just found this deal on the Sephora site and made a purchase. When I get my order hopefully I then find some time and dress up my nails a bit and share with you all.
The deal is on some of their OPI nail polishes. Listed below are all the colors. I got myself two. “It’s Somewhere in My Purse” and “And Then He Said…” I also included in my order “SEPHORA by OPI/ Nail Treatment – Strengthener/ Strengthener” which I believe was $9 (not on sale). Two of my nails been chipping for a while now. Everytime it grows out it chips on me. I really need to get that fix. Hopefully this would prevent my nails from chipping. Anyone has suggestions for me regarding chipped nails? I’ve tried other products like the Sally Hassens but nothing seems to work.
