Here’s my other sis’s manicure. She didn’t clean it up afterwards so it’s kind of messy. It’s still cute though. Again I helped with the Konad images.
Below my sis used:
Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Xtreme Wear – color is In the Spotlight Shine (I think that’s the name of the color. Or it could be Celeb City Frost. All I can tell you that it’s a very shimmery sliver polish color. Hey sis, if you ready this please let us know what color was uesd) 2 coats.
Konad pink, blue, and purple polish with plate m60 (the Daisy designs)
Poshe’ was used for a topcoat. 1 coat.
It took longer than usual since there’s three Konad polishes used. But it was fun. Can’t wait till the next time…more Konading!

Konad is great for kids too. My 6 year old niece LOVED the manicure I had given her. Since her nails were so small, it was quick to apply the nail polish and it dried quickly .
What I used:
- OPI “Handpicked for Me” (a very shimmery pink) for color
- Konad white polish with plates I purchased on Ebay (Flowers and a Hello Kitty – knockoffs of Konad ? I don’t know but they come in Octagon shape plate)
- A final coat of Sally Hansen Diamond Strength Nail Hardener for a top coat.
How cute huh? I guess we’ll be getting my niece her own Konad nail stamping kit for her birthday this summer. Anyone else try Konad on younger children? If so, I’d love to hear about it.

I think it’s about time I post something besides giveaways.
I did this mani last week. I had rushed it so it didn’t turn out as nice as I hoped it would. I noticed some area were bubbly and smudged. But since I used light colors it wasn’t noticeable so I kept it. This mani lasted 6 days before it started chipping. Not bad.
What I used:
- Sally Hansen Diamond Strength Nail Hardener for a Basecoat
- Sally Hansen French Manicure (White) Pen – for french tips (I LOVE this pen. I actually prefers this over the m19 plates. When using that plate I can never get the tips straight. I highly recommend the Sally Hansen French Manicure Pen)
- Essie (Sugar Daddy #473) for a pinkish nude color
- Konad Special Nail Polish (White) with plate m60 (for the flowers)
- Sally Hansen Diamond Strength Nail Hardener again for a top coat
Hope you like it. And I’ll be back soon with another post.

I couldn’t decide on the colors again. So again I went with something simple. Light pink color of a base and a magenta color for the flowers.
What was used:
- Essie “Fill The Gap” for a basecoat (which has a hint of pink color)
- Essie “Berry Hard” polish with plate m64 (for flowers)
- And Loreal clear topcoat #110
And you clearly see I did not use any konad polish here. These plates work just as well with regular nail polish.
Happy Stamping!

I got myself a hand model.
My sister was nice enough to send me some pics so I can use it to update my site. Hopefully with her help I will have more material to post on this website.
I believe she used the Sally Hansen HD nail polishes in these pics. The colors used was Hi-Def and Pixel Pretty Frost. They are such pretty colors.

Spring is here and this year 2010 National Cherry Blossom Festival is coming up soon too. Washington DC this year from March 27th to April 11th. Maybe this year I can finally head down to take a look at the cherry blossoms in person. Check out their offical site. http://www.nationalcherryblossomfestival.org/cms/index.php?id=390
I decided to do cherry blossom theme nails this week
I know it’s kind of early and probably have to re-do them if I do head down to DC.
What was used:
- Sally Hansen Maximum Growth for a basecoat
- Konad white polish with plate m31 (for the cherry blossom flowers)
- OPI Madame President with plate m31 (for the red/pink color small stars)
- And Loreal topcoat #110

Isn’t this cute? And it’s so much fun to make and match designs and different color polishes. Check back for more nail ideas.

It’s been a while…Not only do I not have time to update this site but I don’t have time to do my nails now a days. I was able to squeeze in sometime today and to do something simple. Stars with glitter. Hope you guys like it.

This time I used the Sally Hansen line.
- Sally Hansen Maximum Growth for a basecoat
- Sally Hansen Diamond Strength No Chip color “Diamonds” for the glitter/color
- Konad white polish with plate m11 (the star design)
- And Poshe for a topcoat (I LOVE this stuff. Use this on wet polish and it dries your nails in seconds. It dries manicures completely in 5 minutes. I never have to worry about falling asleep in bed and waking up with messed my nails anymore. I highly recommend it.)
Here’s another new article I found on nails. Nail colors from Fashion Week. Who’s interested in mixing their own colors? http://www.self.com/beauty/blogs/beyondthebeautypages/2010/02/shades-of-greige-five-perfect.html
